These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tidybykaren.com (the "Site"), operated by Interior Solutions by Karen, doing business as Tidy by Karen ("we," "us," or

"our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About our services

Tidy by Karen provides professional organizing consulting services in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Services are offered by application only. Submitting an inquiry or

application through the Site does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance.

All organizing services are governed by a separate written client agreement signed before work begins. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry, apply for services, or make a purchase through the Site.

3.Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and program materials, is owned by or licensed to Tidy by Karen and is protected by copyright and

trademark law.

The O.A.T.H. StandardTM, Reset HourTM, and Tidy by Karen are trademarks of Interior Solutions by Karen. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works

from any Site content, frameworks, or methods without our prior written permission. You may share links to the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage the Site or its systems
Copy or scrape Site content by automated means
Use Site content for commercial purposes without written permission

When you submit an inquiry, application, or other information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy, posted on this Site, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Programs, events, and purchases

Programs, events, and services purchased through the Site or our client portal are subject to the price, payment terms, and cancellation terms stated at the time of purchase or in our signed client agreement. Prices shown include all mandatory fees. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors.

The Site may link to third-party websites, products, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your

own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy by Karen and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tidy by Karen and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal

courts located in Clay County, Florida.

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or application, register for an event or program, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect:

Details about your home, household, move, schedule, and organizing goals

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Square. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website platform and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages

viewed, time spent on pages, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Review your inquiry or application and respond to you

3. Photos of your home

We never publish photos of your home, your belongings, or your family without your written permission. When permission is given, we remove identifying details such as

house numbers, mail, and personal documents before sharing.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work. These include our website host

(Squarespace), client management system (Dubsado), payment processor (Square), and email newsletter provider. These providers are required to protect your information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

5. Email and text messages

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We do not send marketing text messages. If you share your phone number, we use it only to communicate with you about your inquiry or services.

6. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use it. By using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to this

collection as described in this policy. We do not use tools that record your keystrokes, screen activity, or chat conversations on the Site.
