I am Karen Calvo, an organizing consultant and PCS strategist serving professionals and military families in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. My work begins where most organizing ends: not at the surface, but at the structure beneath it.
With twenty years of service in the United States Navy, my work is grounded in discipline, structure, and operational precision. I design intentional home systems that allow spaces to function with clarity and ease — particularly during periods of transition.
Each engagement is approached with discretion and thoughtful planning, ensuring the home is not only organized, but structured to support daily life from the moment you arrive.
As a Navy spouse and mother of five, I understand the demands of military life and the importance of a home that operates without friction.
