Karen Mack
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Twenty years of Naval service taught me the value of precision, preparation, and knowing what needs to happen next. I learned to pay attention to the details, anticipate what others might miss, and bring order to situations that can quickly become overwhelming. That is the standard I bring to my work today.
As a retired Navy veteran and military spouse, I understand what it means to navigate change while still needing home to function. Whether you’re settling into a new home or living in one that no longer works the way you need it to, the right systems make everyday life easier.
When I step into a project, my clients don’t have to carry the process. I manage the details, work through the decisions with them, and create order around the way they actually live.
My work begins where most organizing ends: with how your home actually needs to function. Every project is handled with discretion, shaped around your life, and designed to continue working long after I’ve left.

The Standard Behind Every Project
Precision
Order is not approximated. Every system is engineered to an exact standard — built for the way you live, designed to hold through every season.
Discipline
Twenty years of service established a standard that does not waver. It shows up in every engagement, every decision, and every space I leave behind.
Intentionality
Nothing is placed without purpose. Every choice is deliberate — because your home deserves nothing less.
We donate a portion from every service project to Operation New Uniform.
"Karen is amazing to work with. Although I was embarrassed about the state of the garage, she was truly non-judgmental and took the time to plan out things that would help us function daily. She stayed true to our budget and timeline. We can't wait to work with her again."

Service Beyond the Home
My commitment to service didn’t end with active duty. Those same values continue to drive the work I do today.
As a graduate of Operation New Uniform's Class 67, I continue to support veterans and military spouses as they navigate life's next chapter. A portion of each project supports that mission, so the work we do together reaches far beyond your front door.
The 9 O’clock Club · Mornings, made social.
Operation New Uniform benefits from every gathering we host, too. Priority access goes to those on the list. Seats are limited.
